Maddie is in a therapy session with her therapist, Morgan. Maddie is reluctant to talk about her past and the issues Morgan wants to talk about. Maddie talks about her new job as a tutor for a wealthy family, where she meets and becomes friends with the family nanny, Laurel. In a series of flashbacks, we learn that Maddie was raped in high school at a party, but no one believed her when she reported it, resulting in her rapist going unpunished, and her becoming a social outcast, crushing her dreams. Laurel and Maddie bond over this and develop a strong friendship. Maddie’s longtime friends, Paige and James at first welcome Laurel and are happy that Maddie has made a new friend. Slowly, the relationship between Maddie and Laurel starts to become unhealthy and toxic. Paige and James worry Laurel may have alternative motives and try to protect Maddie. Maddie is forced to decide between who she trusts more, Laurel or Paige and James.

First time you Maddy were raped without your own desire and it created trauma for you.This time you were raped every day little by little until the cocaine day the big night of raping only this time you were drunk and full of cocaine and you didn’t feel the rape but the rape this time was much much worse and terrible than the first time.

This was good movie and teaches us that It’s important to take your time when hopping into a new relationship. Especially when it comes to sex Even friendships. Relationships etc.!we have to stand up for your selves and take a stand and listen to our Gut. This girl reminded me of that Movie Thirteen when she try’s to fit in with the popular girl but she’s a bad influence and got her into sex and drugs and lied and left in the end she has a mental breakdown.
