I do not recommend this movie for anyone who knows or appreciates history… Or truth..
Conspiracy theories aside, making Lewis out to be a bubbling mental case, stuttering and stammering like an austic fool is insulting. That is hard to believe with who he was and his accomplishments of an explorer, soldier, politician, public administrator and author.
Having him shoot himself twice ( with musket) in a bedroom not by Pierre Cruzatte is nothing more than a ridiculous speculation.
