Dark Storm – On a secret military base a group of scientists have made a discovery unequaled since the invention of the A-bomb; code-named Eruptor, it’s a device that supercharges Dark Matter and uses it to change the molecular structure of its target, thereby eradicating it. But when the Eruptor malfunctions and a leading scientist on the project is blasted with Dark Matter, he receives incredible abilities that allow him to control the weather, as the same device now threatens the world!

Watching this movie reminds me of a CHRISTOPHER WALKEN movie.
Can't believe I had never seen this.
Great movie albeit some pretty poor acting by some of the unknowns.
This was a fun movie i had never seen before. I'm a fan of all the Baldwin's and stephen might be my favorite. For what this movie was i thought it was pretty fun, i would recommend it and watch it again. Entertaining fun ride, stephen killed it as always loved him ever since the young riders. Thanks for the upload this show worked good and so did the effects i wasn't sure thought it might be cheesy but it wasn't at all. I will definitely be watching this movie again. Fun time
Is the movie worth watching?

Stephen Baldwin is my favorite. He's a genuine Christian. He is. Kind, and treats people nicely✝️

The remedy for flying into inclement weather is to quickly do a 180° turn and fly out of it. Spending time chattering on the radio will not save you.
Steven Baldwin? Really? incredible! Remember him in "biodome"?
Steven Baldwin 's personality didn't change when filled with Dark Matter, but a bit of smoke wafted from his ears.

3:26 Nice beginning…no, actually…EXCELLENT beginning…
OK…on with the flick…
This is the greatest movie ever made. I love love love it!!!!!!
I thought this was very good and the special effects were good so well worth a watch
Ooooo S. Baldwin, would love to see him on his stomach in a porno.
This was a good movie. Some of these budget desaster movies are a joke with rubbish CGI. This wasn't too bad. Steve's a very underrated actor.
an excellent movie companion to Baldwin's other sci-fi film, Earthstorm – Steve seems to be the most mentally stable of the Baldwin brothers….
let's get rid of the stupidest script line in any move "are you OK?" when the character obviously is NOT OK….replace with something like "what's going on, talk to me"….
