Synopsis:
Miles, a writer from Los Angeles, doesn’t believe that relationships can last for him…so they don’t. Stuck in a rut with his writing, riddled with loneliness and frustration, overdosing on self and acting out as a solution, Miles attempts to reignite his connection with Julia, his longtime, on-again-off-again, ex-girlfriend. However, when Julia finally warms up to the idea and things begin to move in a healthy direction, Miles battles his deepest beliefs, while struggling to stay positive and not sabotage their relationship.

Films like Miles To Go are interesting because the in depth look into flawed characters intrigues me to no end, but at the same time it forces us to look at ourselves and see how jacked up we may be as well (tho aren’t we all jacked up to some degree?).

You can’t help but see yourself in the characters. That can be a beautiful yet scary thing. This is an indie film with direction. The filmmakers know what they’re trying to say and the message is one worth listening to. Give it a watch.”
